Our Post Purchase Personalisation service means you can send your item back to our Shropshire workshops to have it personalised and posted back to you.
Please note that hats and feathers can not be personalised.
The M&G item must arrive with us well packaged, with an order confirmation email for the PPP and any return address details. Please ensure you retain proof of postage.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
